Function: MarketingPay Type: ExemptPosition Number: 10539291 Mgr Assistant ProductEmployee Type: Full Time Shift N/AJob Description: SUMMARY: An Assistant Brand Manager assists the Brand Manager in achieving current and long-term brand goals for Tyson Foods through the analysis and management of brand development, segmentation, media strategy and execution, event marketing and sponsorships, promotional objectives and communication plans for consumer, customer, and competitive landscapes. Analysis and management of brand equities goals will include: developing and championing consumer insights; determining target consumers and prime prospects among those targets; and translating equities into communication strategies. Development and implementation of the Business Plan goals will include: executing a broad range of consumer and customer programs; optimizing media plans.REQUIREMENTS:
