Assistant Manager – Trainee

At TG Holdings, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible individual to develop into a manager role after a training period where they’ll start as cashier / cook. We’re looking for someone who has the talent and skills to become a great leader. Based on performance and qualifications, this individual will advance into an Assistant Manager / Manager position.

REQUIREMENTS
This individual will be responsible for supervising and maintaining friendly customer relations and managing a healthy work environment. They will also be equipped in wearing several hats as they manage and perform daily tasks.

Manage and Perform:

• Assist Store Manager with daily tasks.

Cashier:
• Collect cash, check, or charge payment from customer and makes change for cash transactions.
• Maintain friendly customer relations.
• Assist customers with their needs and provides suggestive selling.
Cook:
• Prepare food to be sold through deli.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
