XML Developer/Network Admin

Rare contract opportunity within security division of major government agency! This position requires an active secret clearance or higher.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidate will possess the following:

5 to 10 years experience supporting Windows/IIS server environments (development and administration)
Solid knowledge of SOAP, XML, digital signatures, SAML and Federated Identity Management.
Direct experience with the eGovernment eAuthentication Initiative and Levels 1 and 2 authentication; actual deployment experience a real plus.
Ability to conduct product evaluation and selection
Good oral and written communication skills (frequent meetings, e-mail, technical guidance to user communities)
Develop and document interface specifications.
Knowledge or experience with any of the following products is a real plus: eTrust SiteMinder, Entegrity AssureAccess, Entrust GetAccess, HP Select Access, IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager, RSA Security Federated Identity Manager, Trustgenix (now HP) Identity Bridge, and DataPower XML Security Gateway).
Preferred experience: Knowledge/Experience of/with PKI, Federal Bridge, and level 3 and 4 eAuthentication Services.
