Support Analyst II-BC

We currently have an opening for a Software Support Analyst II. Utilize your customer service skills to assist our customers with support for a specific software product family. The Analysts will install software and train end users as well as provide on going support. They will also work with the program staff on program change requests and QA issues. We are looking for individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, at least 2 years software support experience and experience testing and training software. A computer related degree, experience with relational databases and Crystal Reports are plusses. Travel to customer sites is required.
Responsibilities:
Assist the customer base with support and training for a specific software product family
Provide support to customers over the phone, on site and/or over the modem
Work with program staff on QA testing, bug fixes and program change requests
Assist with preparation of documentation and release notes
Install software and train end users. Travel to customer sites required.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills
Good analytical ability
Bachelors Degree or equivalent specialized computer training
At least 2 years software support and training experience
2 years experience QA testing software
Knowledge of relational databases, Crystal Reports and property tax software a definite plus.
