Subcontracts Manager

Titan Req. No.: TOSCON03Job Description: Responsible for subcontract administration for several programs. Prepares solicitations for all types of subcontracts, i.e. CPFF, T&M, FFP, etc. Coordinates with program management to establish source selection criteria, documents the file with cost/prices analysis, and other necessary support for award. Reviews subcontractor invoices for compliance with contract terms. Establishes and maintains subcontractor files in compliance with CPSR requirements and other prime contract flow-downs. Individual will manage subcontract actions from cradle to grave from RFP stage to close-out. Communications with subcontractors must be in clear and polite business English. Individual will be responsible for special projects such as compliance with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act.Minimum required: Bachelor’s Degree in related field, plus 8 years experience in contract administration. Individual must be able to perform independently with only general guidance. Good communication skills, both verbal and written form.
