Install, configure, and upgrade XyEnterprise Content@ and Pathfinder server and client software.
Create, modify, and delete Content@ tools, toolboxes, tasks, roles, workpools, and workflows.
Install, configure, and upgrade Adobe Distiller, OmniMark, and Arbortext Epic editor software.
Start and stop server processes to facilitate database and operating system patching.
Assist end-users with problem resolution during normal processing function and contact vendor technical support for problem resolution when required.
Perform research and provide recommendations for software solutions
Write shell scripts to simplify and streamline maintenanace requirements.
Write, refine, and deploy documentation to ensure Continuity of Operations
Perform backups of the Content@ database data using XyEnterprise tools REQUIREMENTS
