Principle AccountabilitiesAssists Program Management in the planning, organizing and coordinating of potential and existing business Creates (for proposals) and maintains (during execution) the program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and analyzes the critical path and risk profile for potential schedule slippage Creates (for proposals) and maintains (during execution) the program Integrated Master Plans (IMP) which describes Rockwell Collins processes and program scope Presents plans, schedules and status to the project team, Rockwell Collins leadership and customer community Identifies potential project issues and resolutions, revising project plans as permitted by requirements Takes the lead in working with CAM's to modify the proposal IMS to an execution IMS, which will be the basis for establishing the Performance Measurement Baseline Operates in accordance with Rockwell Collins policies and practices and in compliance with accepted business ethics



The successful candidate will demonstrate:Strength in interpersonal and presentation skills with a wide range of customers Experience with project planning and coordination in the proposal and execution timeframe Proficiency with Microsoft Project and experience with integrated schedules Analysis ability to ensure consistency between the Integrated Master Schedule, the Integrated Master Plan and the remainder of a proposal Understanding of Earned Value Management and how it is utilized during program execution

This position requires you to work in a restricted facility requiring US citizenship or Permanent Residence (Green Card).

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate discipline or six years related experience plus four years of related exempt experience.
