Secret Clearance Analyst

Purpose:
Our client, a large Government Contractor is looking for a DATA ANALYST that has any type of clearance or has held any type of clearance within the last two years.

The Analyst w/ clearance (any type of agency will qualify)- Must have college degree- preferred in one of these fields- Accounting/Finance/Business/Real Estate/Mortgage experience. Government/Justice related fields also.

This person must have attention to detail/great organization skills and comprehension of word problems. Experience with Excel, Word, Access. The mission of this project is to insure that their real estate data is accurate. They receive packages from Realty Specialists that include all the necessary documentation to execute a real estate transaction in PBS' System for Tracking Real Estate Property (STAR). These documents
may include lease agreements with lessors and/or Occupancy Agreements signed by the tenant agencies. The source documents specify the terms and conditions of the real estate transaction and provide and audit trail. In addition to reviewing the source documents, the NRB enters the information into the database, then validates that the data stored in the database matches the source documents. The NRB is also responsible for answering billing questions from tenant agencies and resolving any billing
issues. However, the scope of work of the NRB spans beyond the verification, validation and processing of real estate transactions. The NRB is also responsible for audits for Data Accuracy and a one time validation of all PBS billing and lease records. The Public Building Service is GSA's real estate arm and its function is to provide government agencies with space.

Its inventory is comprised of federally owned and leased space. When an agency has a space requirement PBS will either provide federally owned or leased space depending on availability and agency requirements. PBS is also responsible for negotiating with lessors for leased space or constructing new federal buildings if needed.Classification:Contract-to-HireCompensation:
