Regional Sales Manager

iSECUREtrac Corporation, a Midwest based manufacturer and integrated software solutions provider for the criminal justice industry, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to be responsible for the sale of the organization's products and services in the West Coast states. This individual must live in or near either Los Angeles or San Diego.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
•At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably selling hardware and software
•Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation skills with a emphasis on closing the sale•Experience selling to Government Agencies and Unions is a plus
•Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas•Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills•Self driven, motivated and results oriented
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience•Experience working with a large territory
•Ability to travel extensively (50% plus)•Proven capability to develop a sales territory•Experience in Microsoft computer proficiencies (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook)
•Experience with Maximizer or other sales tracking database is also beneficial
