PUBLIC UTILITIES RATES ANALYST 2 Opening for a Public utilities Rates Analyst 2 with the Minnesota Department
of Commerce to evaluate and analyze complex utility issues in the areas of
Class-Cost-of-Service Studies, Revenue Apportionment, Rate Design, Sales
Forecasting, Conservation Improvement Programs, Marketing and other issues in
moderately complex gas and electric utility matters and prepare
recommendations for the Public Utilities Commission. Seeking candidates with a
post-secondary degree in economics, finance, public policy, statistics, or
