Program Manager III

Description:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The person in this position will lead the training program for the PMA209 Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance (MFOQA). Responsibilities include development of the MFOQA training strategy, plan, and schedule; manage the tasks and assignments for the MFOQA training team; define and validate the on-line and embedded software and system training tools working with MFOQA software developers; oversee development of training material; present training plans, strategy, and status to senior leadership. Requires dynamic leadership and presentation skills and extensive customer contact.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Requires eight years experience in the development of training plans and training material for NAVAIR. Experience with training systems for the F/A-18, H-60, T-45, or H-53 platforms desired. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent (8 additional years acquisition logistics/training experience).
