Provide senior level acquisition management support to Web-Enabled Execution Management Capability (WEEMC) program office to support migration transition/migration of WEEMC and Joint/Automated Deep Operations Coordination System capabilities into JADOCS-Net Centric.
Provide senior level program management expertise regarding contractor oversight and monitoring for command and control software development and integration efforts.
Manage sub-contract delivery order 8218 and supervise 1-2 TITAN employees Responsive to ITSP II, PE Systems prime contractor, for contractual guidance.RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) Develop program Way-Ahead plan including supporting Integrated Master Schedule, program budget, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) inputs, Single Acquisition Management Plan (SAMP), et al.(2) Identify, develop or modify internal business processes to improve daily System Program Office operations and reporting to WEEMC/JADOCS key stakeholders.(3) Support establishment of a Joint Integrated Product Team to manage facilitate transition of WEEMC/J/ADOCS into JADCOS-NC. Participate in the Joint Configuration Management Board and work with the Joint Operations Work Group.(4) Monitor prime contractor compliance with the Increment 3 proposal and contract compliance including recurring reviews of Contract Data Requirements List (CRDL) submittals, program, system and in-process management reviews and action items.(5) Work with USJFCOM representative to ensure program concerns are accurately addressed and implemented in the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System - Network Centric (JADOCS-NC) Transition Plan, Executive Agent Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) plus the Lifecycle Support MOA.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Degree Requirements: Bachelor Degree Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business. Relevant Experience (amount and type): Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Level 2 certification required, Level III preferred. Minimum of 5 years acquisition and program management support experience. Program Management Program (PMP) certificate graduate highly desired. Two years software development and integration support for Command and Control programs.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Business.
Relevant Experience:
(amount and type): APDP Level 2/3, 5 - 10 years acquisition and program management support, Program Management Program (PMP) certification. Five years development and integration support for Command and Control software intensive programs/weapon systems.
Travel: 1-2 TDYs/Month (1-2 Day Duration) Langley AFB VA, DC, and Colorado Springs
