Job Description Summary:

The Program Coordinator is responsible for administering and monitoring contracts for various programs and services funded by The Children's Trust, including but not limited to: researching, developing and reviewing responses to requests for proposals; monitoring contracts and services to ensure a high level of performance; providing ongoing technical assistance support related to needed quality improvement; making recommendations regarding provider status; and preparing reports for the organization and executive management by performing the following duties.

Two positions are available:
1. Promotion and Prevention
2. Early Childhood (0 - 5 years)
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills and Educational Requirements:

Education and Experience:
A four-year degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public or business administration or other field closely related to area of assignment is required and not less than three (3) years of practical work experience in an organization providing social and/or community-based services. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Additional Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Candidates must currently reside in Miami-Dade or Broward Counties.
