PROGRAM CONTROL SPECIALIST

Job Description:Provide internal program auditing functions relating to the Unclassified
Information Technology Services contract at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.Similar in function to the existing Independent Verification and Validation
(IV&V) role provided by an outside contractor for our customer, the internal
Program Auditor will ensure compliance and adherence to existing standard
operating procedures, schedules, resource allocations and project management
strategies. Contract reviews to include inspections and walkthroughs are
required.Auditor will provide the Quality Manager formal findings reports containing
specific recommendations for actionable items.Requirements:3-5 years overall experience in an information technology operation auditing
role
Undergraduate degree in related field
Detailed knowledge, understanding, and experience in information technology
operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Six Sigma and Quality Standards
Knowledge of project management, application development, business analysis, and best practices.
