OPS Capture Manager

Purpose: TEKsystems is seeking a Sr. Capture Manager with Operations and Management experience for a Direct Placement in Colorado Springs!

This person will be responsible for the overall management of proposal efforts for assigned new business opportunities and/or competitive renewals of current Government contracts. This person will provide management coordination with corporate staff departments, appropriate operations project management and the assigned business area Director of Capture Management. Supervises activities of technical specialists, writers, production personnel and others assigned to the proposal team.

Job Duties will include: Managing technical, contractual and cost efforts on major proposals dealing with Operations and Management. Identifies resources for proposal preparation and reviews. Manages and directs personnel assigned to the proposal team to assure that all management, technical, contractual and costing inputs meet both customer and client Industries, Systems Division Management requirements. Analyzes scope and objectives of RFP. Plans organized competitive approach in responses to customer requirements and corporate interests. Participates with the Capture Team to develop the overall proposal strategy, themes discriminators and operations concept to be used in the proposal.
