Naval Operations Program Analyst

Key Role:Assist in the development of new business with a military client in the functional areas of C4I and undersea warfare. Provide program analysis and planning support. Assist in interfacing with division chiefs and action officers to ascertain the status of key initiatives and in preparing the client for coming events. Assist with the validation and verification, maintenance, and update of models and tools to support POM and strategic investment decisions in the USW arena. Assist in the analysis of C4I and USW resource plans and strategies and recommend tradeoff decisions to facilitate optimal resource allocation decisions. Assist with C4I and USW analysis and assessment reports, papers, and briefings to document and promulgate findings. Assist in the development of analytical models and other tools to conduct C4I and USW programmatic investment tradeoff decisions.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with OPNAV staff work in N6 or N8

-Experience with naval operations

-Knowledge of naval C4I and USW systems

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree



Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Clearance:
