MDS - LPN

Job Summary: Completes Initial Nursing Admission Assessment, MDS, Works RAP’s and prepares Care Plans for residents as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education/Licensure Required: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing and possess a current licensure or permit to practice as a practical nurse in the State of Tennessee.

Experience/Knowledge Required: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, and basic keyboarding skills required. Experience completing MDS’s, Care Plans, knowledge of Medicare PPS regulations and ability to type 35 correct words per minute.
