MANAGER, INMATE PROGRAMS

Responsibilities:The Manager, Inmate Programs is responsible for researching current behavioral and addictions treatment programming and facilitation techniques. Assists in the preparation, implementation, and management of various types of behavioral and addictions treatment programs. Evaluates stipulations contained in contract proposals. Conducts program evaluations and provides instruction and training for facility staff. Provides technical assistance regarding behavioral and addictions treatment programs to facility staff.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications :Graduate from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field. Three years of full-time professional work in facilitating substance abuse or other behavioral programs required. NAADAC or IC&RC certification preferred. Must have sound knowledge of current research, practices, and protocols relevant to behavioral and addictions treatment programming. Additional qualifying graduate work may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
