MANAGEMENT GENERAL MANAGER JURUPA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT SALARY: ($175,000 TO $210,000) POSITION OPEN IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FILLED The Board of Directors is desirous of finding an innovative and entrepreneurial General Manager who can lead a growing Community Services District to a new and professional level. Expanded expectations of the Board, growth in the region, and high citizen demand for the "best service" will be a challenge for our new General Manager. With approximately 84 employees and numerous consultants, this position requires diplomacy politically, excellent management and financial and negotiating skills is a must, experience in water, sewer parks and recreation, construction, and public works, landscaping and park maintenance and developing a new park system preferred. Need good Manager that is talented and resourceful, can pick up duties quickly, is well educated with degree in general management, business and financial matters; is well read in employee principals, is aware and knows employee rights, and has worked with officials in the public sector. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong interpersonal skills, strength in motivating staff and inspiring high levels of performance.
