MAINTENANCE MECHANIC TEAM LEADER - The Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis seeks two (2) Maintenance Mechanics skilled and experienced in a number of building trades - plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc. - who will each lead a crew responsible for rehabbing vacancy turnover apartment units. These are hands-on positions with duties to include repairs, trouble-shooting, drains, fixtures, faucets, gas heat and piping, electrical, carpentry including drywall, windows, doors, and painting. Five years' verifiable experience in maintenance trade fields at journeyman level with one-two years' supervisory experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge and abilities. Must have own tools. Must be dependable. Must possess valid Maryland Driver's License. THESE ARE TEMPORARY POSITIONS FOR THREE MONTHS.
