J2X (CI/HUMINT) Course Manager (253412)

Lockheed Martin Information Technology - Professional Services is looking for a Course Manager to update, coordinate and present J-2X Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) responsibilities and emerging doctrine. The selected applicant will manage a joint Program of Instruction (POI), including Master Plan, Syllabus and Lesson Plans, reflecting CI and HUMINT tactics, techniques and procedures currently employed in operational and tactical environments. Students include junior-to-senior level intelligence personnel from all Department of Defense (DoD) services. The selected applicant must be able to successfully interact with students with a wide range of experience and with Subject Matter Experts (SME) who have worked CI and HUMINT issues at the combatant command level, in order to assess the effectiveness of emerging concepts in both combat and post-combat environment,and successfully integrate/update course materials. This is a full-time position located in the Washington, D.C. area. Compensation is based on qualifications, education and experience - negotiable. REQUIREMENTS
U.S. citizen with a current Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility (TS/SCI). Requires 8-12 years experience in CI and/or HUMINT disciplines. The selected applicant must have a comprehensive understanding of overt and controlled collection operations, as well as the varied policies, regulations and doctrines that guide national, joint and service CI and/or HUMINT disciplines. Tactical military CI and/or HUMINT experience in support of contingency operations in a Joint Task Force or coalition environment is essential. (e.g. Pacific, Africa (Somalia), South/Central America, the Balkans (Bosnia-Herzegovina & Kosovo), Afghanistan (Operation Enduring Freedom), Iraq (Operation Iraqi Freedom), Horn of Africa). Previous assignment to a G-2X or J-2X is highly desirable, but not required. Selected candidate must also have a comprehensive understanding of the "2X" process from collector to task force, and be able to explain/discuss currently practiced tactical doctrine for a distance learning requirement. Candidates must have a valid U.S. Driver's License and Passport. Travel is expected CONUS and OCONUS at 20%. Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
