The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) provides military intelligence information to warfighters, defense policymakers and force planners in the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.

We have immediate opportunities for Human Intelligence Officers on a full-time basis.

DIA field Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Officers:

Collect and provide intelligence to warfighters, defense policy makers and force planners in the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.They serve in one of several functional areas, including Technology, Training, Evaluations or Operations supporting senior managers and administrators.They organize and execute collection operations.They orchestrate and interact with both technical and human resources to attain vital information and deduce the intentions of foreign governments and other non-governmental organizations around the world.

DIA is considering candidates for HUMINT mid- to senior-level positions, with salaries ranging from $77,353 to $139,774 depending upon a candidate’s specific education and experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Officer qualifications:

Candidates must demonstrate outstanding foreign language skills and/or have a background in hard science or special operations.Applicants must be US citizens and pass a mandatory background investigation, drug test, and polygraph screening.Applicants must be willing to fulfill short-term deployments and worldwide assignments.
