Our Client, located in Old Tappan, NJ has a full-time Help Desk Analyst opportunity. We are looking for motivated professionals who are looking for the opportunity to learn and advance with one of the top companies in New Jersey. The day to day responsibilities will be in the receiving and execution of Help Desk Calls on the Tier 1 level.
Position requires 2 years of 100% customer service and phone support experience in a corporate environment. Requires extensive Window (98-2000-XP) support, VPN and some router reset and configuration experience.
Knowledge of the following technologies are required.

Remedy Call Tracking Software
Windows XP
Windows NT
Windows 2000
