Government Contracts Administrator
POSITION SCOPE
This position is responsible for carrying out day-to-day Federal; State and Local contract / subcontract administration. The incumbent will act as a business advisor and compliance monitor for government contract projects. This position will be based at our Cincinnati world headquarters
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in analyzing solicitations with emphasis on identifying and assessing risks relative to expected performance requirements and payment terms.
Assist manager in developing strategy for fulfilling customer business requirements.
Assist manager in responding to government solicitations for services.
Ensure a clear understanding of customer requirements set forth in solicitations through preparation of written questions.Prepare, negotiate and administer various agreements such as contractor agreements, teaming agreements, licenses, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) agreements, etc.
Manage the project on a day-to-day basis by assisting in planning, proper allocation of resources, risk analysis, and monitoring contract compliance.
Support day-to-day contract activities and negotiations with customer. (e.g., change orders, contact modifications).
Perform research and analysis required to answer inquiries from program personnel or customers, and drafts responses for review and approval by more senior contract negotiation staff.
Maintain contractual records, contract databases, and documentations such as receipt and control of all RFP’s, contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes and status reports.
Provide resolution of issues in a timely manner. REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university with eight to ten years related experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.CANDIDATE PROFILE
4-5 years of directly related Federal contract and subcontract work experience in a government employee capacity and /or employee of a small contractor with a working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation Site (FARS) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplements (DFARS)
Experience administering contracts that involve the Services Contract Act and Wage Determination requirements.
Contract experience should include but not limited to working with some or all of the following: GSA, MOBIS, GWAC,Time and Materials, Cost Incentive, CPFF, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, IDIQ, Intellectual Property
Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills to all levels of client and company management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Ability to travel as required.
