Use your ability to develop new business with Fortune 1000 accounts, build relationships with existing customers in this role. 1. A. Increases new business by:· Identifying prospects, calling on Federal Government accounts and developing relationships with publisher’s reps.· Developing a complete understanding of the industry through research, reading and continued training.· Managing Federal Government accounts primarily on a face-to-face basis.· Proposing ASAP solutions to problems and opportunities within each account to win business opportunities. B. Increases sales to existing accounts by providing responsive, knowledgeable and high quality service to our customer base.
2. Supports an inside account manager by helping them to close business through a face-to-face sales call. 3. Maintains professional competency by developing an understanding of ASAP and industry programs and policies. 4. Supports corporate objectives by providing feedback to all functional areas. 5. Manages consignment inventory for each account in their territory. 6. Develops relationships with key publishers for lead generation purposes.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Works in office environment with regular use of a laptop. Must be able to carry up to 10 pounds. Requires regular travel.
