Qualified applicant must have knowledge of physical facility security, international security, business continuity, crisis management, and emergency response gained from a combination of on-the-job experience, college level coursework, and/or formal security training programs. Applicant must have solid understanding of laws, government and customer regulations and/or company policies pertaining to the security responsibilities indicated. He/she must possess the ability to read and interpret floor plans and architectural design drawings. He/she must possess the ability to provide advice on, as well as manage, plan, install, maintain, and monitor electronic security systems which meet government standards. The qualified applicant must possess the ability to facilitate, manage, and direct all aspects of lock and key security, and coordinate building/security plans with facilities/government and outside contractor personnel. He/she will provide facility clearance information to other elements within the security organization and will coordinate and maintain contact with the U.S. State Department, Regional Security Officers at U.S. Embassies, evacuation and emergency service providers in regions where NORTHROP GRUMMAN personnel and assets are deployed. The candidate will develop and maintain overseas emergency actions and evacuation plans, and have knowledge of International Security Requirements and Foreign Government Policies, including export issues and ITAR policies. He/she must have knowledge of anti-terrorist defenses and physical and electronic security systems, and will develop and monitor Security profiles on expatriate personnel and their families. Candidate will investigate and/or oversee the investigation of losses and security violations and recommend corrective actions, and must have knowledge in areas such as security training and awareness, theft investigations, crisis management planning and risk analysis, and vulnerability assessments. Candidate must be able to demonstrate the skill and ability to perform moderately complex security tasks independently.


Final grade determination will be based on qualifications of the candidate.
REQUIREMENTS


The following are the Basic Qualifications for this position:6-8 years of previous experience in all areas of security Must have previous experience and excellent knowledge of the NISPOM and DCID/JFAN requirements Must be able to develop and implement security program policies, procedures and organizational objectives Ability to interact with key government and company personnel concerning facility security matters TOP SECRET CLEARANCE WITH CURRENT SSBI REQUIRED
