Fleet Maintenance Support Analyst

Perform clerical duties supporting the Fleet Director, answer phones, and schedule appointments. The position will also be responsible for researching and formulating Fleet related policies and procedures, providing analysis and tracking of monthly Fleet activities including: budgets, asset inventory, expenses versus revenue, vehicle maintenance costs, and labor productivity. Analyze data to produce trend and cost reports. Research applicable regulations and check for compliance. Format and produce County Fleet vehicle policies and practices for publication. Demonstrate proficient utilization of Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
REQUIREMENTS
PENDING BUDGET APPROVAL - Associates Degree in Business Administration or technical training in directly related field. Must have three (3) years experience in Fleet Administration, Service or Parts; or any equivalent combination of related education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential job functions. Direct experience using Fleet Management application software such as but not limited to: M5, FA, C.G. Faster or RTA a plus. Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Class "E" driver license.
