Defense Research Analyst, Entry

Key Role: Provide documentation support, general program management support, and information analysis in a fast-paced client environment. Maintain daily interaction with high-level clients, taking on quick-turnaround assignments and managing client expectations. Provide program management support, including coordinating client meetings and drafting agendas, creating PowerPoint presentations, drafting meeting minutes, and tracking action items, conducting general research and market surveys, attending conferences to gain industry knowledge, and providing administrative support to functional exercises involving emergency response. Provide documentation support, including developing and amending standard operating procedures based on client requirements, tracking and maintaining technical program documentation, and drafting, editing, and revising memoranda, after-action reports, and procedural documentation. Provide analytical support, including analyzing program-specific data and formulating conclusions based on analysis, and reviewing and analyzing program documentation, written procedures, and reports in order to develop recommendations.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with developing and updating program documents

-Experience with tracking and organizing multiple projects simultaneously

-Experience with working in a team environment

-BA or BS degree



Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
