Defense Antiterrorism Program Analyst
Key Role:Support the military client coordination of antiterrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP) program activities, policies, and strategies with homeland defense, critical infrastructure protection, and law enforcement program requirements. Provide analytical support for the development of policy and doctrine, implementation plans, and strategies. Identify critical issues pertaining to procuring, developing, and employing antiterrorism tactics, techniques, and procedures. Research and develop drafts of AT education and training standards to meet current and future needs of the client. Ensure that personnel qualified for high-risk billets are nominated and receive proper training and security as required. Assist in the development, collection, analysis, and prioritization of AT program requirements to support programming for funding and future AT/FP resource requirements. Support the development and execution of field and table top exercises, seminars, and war games or simulations. Manage AT program tasks, develop goals and milestones, and oversee the execution of AT tasking as required.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with DoD and USMC antiterrorism program polices, guidance, and TTPs
-2+ years of experience with policy analysis and development
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Level II AT training or certification
-Experience with supervisory work preferred
-Experience with database applications, including basic management skills, developing reports from SQL and Microsoft products, and entering information through the Internet and Web interfaces
-Experience with risk and vulnerability assessment processes and procedures
-Knowledge of USMC homeland defense, law enforcement, and physical security programs
Knowledge of doctrinal support to the MAGTF commander during low-intensity and high-intensity conflict
-Knowledge of the general mission, organization, function, and operations of the USMC in general and HQMC, PP&O, and PS Division specifically, including the Service HQ and Service component's roles and responsibilities for operational planning and execution
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
