Titan Req. No.: TOSLOB11Duties/Responsibilities:Manages overall development and maintenance of division’s proprietary linguist database.Determines and documents user requirements and manages software development team to implement identified requirements.Ensures an exceptionally high level of up time for production system.Ensures user base is effectively trained in use of linguist database application.Specifies and manages creation of user documentation and other training media.Education and Experience Requirements:Five plus years of experience managing project teams developing web and database applications.Demonstrable ability to understand complex data relationships across the division including those of linguist database and other divisional legacy systems.Exceptionally strong understanding of relational database design methods.Currency with industry standard database and web technologies.College degree in an information technology discipline.
