We currently have Corrections Officer position available at our George W. Hill Correctional Facility.

The candidate in this position is responsible for providing security and discipline within their assigned post, with specific attention to supervision of inmates.Job RequirementsThe successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or GED and valid drivers license. Must be willing to participate in a training program, demonstrate good judgement and be willing to work all shifts including overtime when necessary. Prior security experience and familiarity with the American Correctional Association’s (ACA) Standards for Adult Local Detention Facilities, Standards for Correctional Institutions a plus but not necessary. Able to pass background investigation, drug screen and medical evaluation.
