REQUIREMENTS
Join our award winning team of Security Professionals today! Seeking professional in the McLean VA area to conduct investigations and quality control inspections to ensure the accomplishment of operational security directives as set forth in each contract’s statement of work.
Minimum of 5 years contract management experience.Individuals must be able to work rotating schedules and travel regularly.Strong written and verbal skills are a must.Must be computer literate.Education: AA or 2 years college preferred. Duties and Responsibilities:
Read and understand each contracts SOW. Identify explicit and implicit tasks that must be accomplished in order to fulfill contract requirements.Analyze on site security directives, manpower strength, logistical accountability system and On-The-Job training programs to ensure efficient operations.Conduct physical security assessments of each site, in coordination with the site supervisor or manager, to ensure that general post and special orders support the accomplishment of the SOW.Review weekly contract deliverable reports and assist the Project Manager/Site Supervisor in ensuring the accomplishment of assigned tasks. Conduct quarterly contract deliverable inspections of each site.Verify managing requirements to ensure effective and efficient use of personnel and assist management and Corporate Staff to make necessary adjustments.Conduct quality control inspection to determine if systemic problems exist which hinder quality performance/service.If you feel that you meet our job requirements, please respond with a copy of your resume to [Click here for email] for immediate consideration.
