COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

Join the legal team at Secure Computing as a Compliance Specialist

The Compliance Specialist, working out of our office, will be instrumental in ensuring seamless transactions with our customers and partners.



Responsibilities:

Ensure that all exported shipments to contract customers are in compliance with U.S.export rules and regulations as defined in the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
Coordinate with order entry and prepare and submit export license applications through SNAP validation process.
Act as liaison between order entry, sales and legal departments.
Maintain accurate Export Control Classifications (ECCN) for Secure Computing products and maintain updated listing for legal and order entry department.
Prepare and file Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Section 16 form filings.
Provide training to new order entry staff and provide guidance on export regulations.
Manage and maintain the personnel security clearance database and process security clearance applications and visit requests.
Review and negotiate non disclosure agreements.
Complete requested representations and certifications forms from government customers.
Assist with other tasks in the legal department.
REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications:

B.S. or B.A. degree, with legal training or experience.
2-5 years relevant legal or export compliance experience preferred.
Must be detail oriented and have exceptional communication skills.
