We\\\'re currently seeking an innovative Advanced Systems & Technology Engineer to join our unique team as we continue our history of excellence.The Advanced Systems & Technology Engineer (AS&TE) supports the development of architectures and solutions for customer problems. The AS&TE develops complete end-to-end SIGINT solutions with emphasis on radio and wireless HF/VHF/UHF collection and processing systems. The end-to-end solutions include sensor and sensor networks, communications and networking subsystems, mission management subsystems and fusion/correlation processors.Position requires an M.S. degree (Ph.D. preferred) in electrical engineering with emphasis on E&M and signal processing and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.At least 15 years experience with at least 10 years in either DoD or non-DoD SIGINT (background in special SIGINT desired). Requires at least 5 years as a systems architect developing SIGINT solutions and involved in the systems engineering process and demonstrated knowledge of tactical and special SIGINT system design. Must have good communication skills and team building skills. Must be experienced in developing requirements, specifications, test plans, test procedures, verification plans. Experience in business capture (briefing customers, preparing white papers, and contributing to proposals) and experience in working with customers within the intelligence community is required.US Citizenship Required.
