Regional Account Executive - Southern Texas
L-3 Mobile-Vision, the leading manufacturer of video recording systems for police vehicles, is looking for a talented and seasoned Regional Account Executive to maintain existing relationships while seeking new opportunities for increased market penetration. The individual we seek will work closely with all types of law enforcement agencies within Southern Texas. The candidate selected will assume responsibility for sales and revenue generation. Candidate will be required to assist in the development and execution of a sales plan to identify and close opportunities. Position demands expertise in cold calling, prospect qualification, strategic sales process planning, and exploring and closing sales opportunities. The successful candidate will also help identify appropriate sales partners and work with these partners to ensure increased revenue generation. Qualifications Qualifications/Knowledge Requirements:
• Proven sales professional with a strong working knowledge of selling integrated solutions to Local, State and Federal government agencies • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) • Proven success in driving proposal specifications • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities- Excellent computer skills • Proven experience selling total solutions including implementation and training • Must possess highest ethics and integrity and have a desire to be a part of world-class sales and support organization • Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory • Impeccable driving history • Minimum BS/BA degree a plus.
REQUIREMENTS


Responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement L-3 Mobile-Vision sales strategies within territory • Execution of all sales efforts and initiatives • Directly engage with major accounts and new business opportunities • Articulate value propositions based on customer’s requirements and resources • Provide strategic oversight to sales and marketing activities within territory • Build collaboration with other functional groups within Mobile-Vision and L-3 • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and demonstrations • Provide training and additional “after sale” follow-up.
