Job Description:
As an Industrial Engineering Management Trainee you will rotate through a variety of assignments in the Industrial Engineering department and operations. Responsibilities will typically include, but are not limited to: Operational planning, volume forecasting and projections, staffing analysis, holiday planning, long range planning, asset management and facility planning, volume and revenue modeling, cost and process modeling, process improvement, facility layout and process flow analysis, quality control, operation planning for new marketing initiatives, continual implementation planning for new technologies, engineering support, work measurement, network planning and optimization, international planning and worldwide logistics, labor analysis and marketing support. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills, the highest levels of integrity, initiative and attention to detail.
