Training Service Operations Leader

Training Service Operations Leader Trane, a $5 billion leader in the HVAC industry, is seeking a team player with strong customer focus and excellent management skills to join the team at our office in St. Paul, MN. This individual will be responsible for the development, deployment, training and support of services related initiatives. You will research and develop solutions for gaps in company policy and processes for the service business stream. Responsibilities include leading project teams to create and implement process improvements and serving as the subject matter expert for our parts business stream. Must be comfortable with learning and teaching new software applications, and be able to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with all internal and external customers. Qualified candidates will have a 4-year degree or a two year degree with significant relevant experience in operations at the Sales Office level. Demonstrated skills in designing, developing and delivering business process and application training programs are essential. Experience and knowledge in standard TCS Americas acquisition and fulfillment operations processes would be beneficial. Strong presentation, project management and communications skills are required.
