REQUIREMENTS
SERVICE TECHNICIANQualifications, the successful candidate must possess the following:•1-2 years experience in an service related industry is
preferred. Some college or high school degree a plus. Minimum
of 2-3 years experience in truck or automotive repair.
•Ability to utilize all tire equipment tools.
•Possess the capability to learn methods and practices used in
the tire mounting and dismounting process.
•Ability to read and understand work processes and follow
instructions.
•Performs needed service repair as scheduled by service manager.
•Effective organizational, reasoning, problem solving abilities
and time management skills.
•Experience with industrial quality, safety and productivity
programs and standards.
•Must be flexible to assist the service department as required.
•Manual dexterity is required to use equipment and tools. Responsible for continuous physical effort, including frequent
bending, walking, manipulation of and heavy lifting of tires
