A 70-bed, free standing mental health facility located in Cambridge, MD is seeking an Operations Director to manage the day-to day operations. Background experience and skill sets should include: Five (5) years of Executive administrative and supervisory experience. Extensive experience representing organizations that work with advocacy groups, referral sources and consumer groups. Previous experience managing clinical services preferred. Strong financial acumen, excellent communication and program administration skills needed. JCAHO and state licensing compliance experience required. Proven leadership experience and the ability to sustain leadership initiatives as they relate to performance improvement and culture changes. Serves as a primary creator of value.

Additional Available positions include:
= Director of Nursing – at least 8-10 years experience working in a residential and acute care setting. Management experience required. Prior experience working in a JCAHO certified hospital setting is preferred. RN license required.

= Utilization Review Manager – BA/BS in a mental health field. Monitors treatment plan processes. Knowledge of diagnosis and clinical treatment preferred. Must be able to work independently.

= Admissions Manager positions – Residential and Acute Care. Previous admissions experience in a mental health/behavioral required. Markets services to major referral sources including RTC admissions and day school admissions, regulatory reporting and handling all aspects of the admissions process. BA/BS required, MS preferred. Licensure as a mental health practitioner needed.

= Licensed Social Worker/Therapist (LGSW, LCSW-C or LCPC) to provide long-term psychotherapy to emotionally disturbed adolescents in a Level V school and residential treatment center. Provide family and group therapy, as well as case management responsibilities.

= Marketing and Business Development Manager - 10 years experience identifying, securing and managing partnerships with referral sources and advocacy groups. Create and develop relationships with referral sources and other external potential constituents to help the Organization reach its maximum service/business goals.

= Staff Development Specialist– Plan, develop, coordinate and conduct staff development programs. Identify program needs and alternatives; implement modifications and improvements as needed. Minimum of three years experience developing and conducting staff development programs. BA/BS degree preferred. RN licensure and/or directly related experience required.

= Psychiatric Nurses and Counselors

= Housekeeper and Cook
