On-Site Maintenance Supervisor, Commercial Landscape

In Arizona since 1975, we provide responsive, profitable, professional landscape services with integrity.Currently, we are seeking two On-site Supervisors in our Commercial Landscape Maintenance (Management)department to supervise and coordinate the work of one large or multiple smaller projects. Primary focus towards ensuring the crew(s) work skillfully and efficiently and that the assigned job progresses per schedule and on budget. Site Supervisors must have a general, broad knowledge of commercial landscape management and be able to efficiently perform ALL duties of the personnel they supervise.AAA Landscape offers great benefits, including paid vacations, paid holidays, 401k retirement plan, profit sharing, and reasonably priced medical and dental insurance.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a PLUS)
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience managing a large landscape crew or multiple smaller crews and be able to efficiently perform all duties on the job site
- Must be able to operate all related landscape equipment, i.e. ride mower, weed eater, gas trimmer, blower, etc.
- Must be proficient in irrigation troubleshooting and repair
- Must have valid AZ Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- SPCC Spray License for weeds a PLUS!
