Job Description:
Position Description
Production lines responsible to maintain the quality and quantity produced on the assigned area.
To follow up the company targets as per Lean Manufacturing.
To follow up on SAP accuracy.
To follow up on technician training and certification to work on the line.
Participate on 8D teams and follow up on corrective actions.
Strong ability to use PFMEA and RPN reduction to improve overall OEE.

Qualifications
Educational requirements
BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Special Skills and Language Requirements:
English 80% speaking and writing (with school test)
Additional Requirements
High responsible, urgency sense, available to travel, 100% time available, skills to deal with all levels under pressure, high computer skills.
Must be able and willing to work in Reynosa Mexico.
Must be able and willing to travel Internationally for meetings and training. [ Germany and Canada ]
Must be available to work shift work .
Must have good inter-personal skills to liason with other department functions.
Spanish Language speak and write 80%, preferred
