Maintenance Technician


On-Site Solutions is contracted with the top Property Management Companies in the Atlanta area to find find them CERTIFIED and EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS.

Maintenance or Service Technicians will need to be capable of doing the following:

Completion of service requests

Maintenance of vacant units

Maintaining of the property repair and curb appeal as directed by the service manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Works with the service manager on the completion of the service requests, vacant rent readies, property and amenity repairs, preventive maintenance, shop standards, etc. Properly trained and prepared technicians will participate in the emergency on call rotation, including occasional requests to help other properties.
Adequate knowledge of the maintenance field including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, minor carpentry skills, pools.Type I & II or Universal Refrigerant Certification.
Minimum of 1 year in apartment maintenance.
Is responsible for the property being kept free of trash at all times along with proper curb appeal.
