GENERAL LABOR
Hiring experienced PACKERS pay rates range $9.00 - $9.65. MAINTENANCE REPAIR TECHS pay rates start at $17.00.
Must have experience to perform maintenance duties across a designated production area. Will provide 100% floor coverage, optimize line up time, prevent breakdowns, proactively resolve quality issues. Duties require problem solving, utilizing root cause analysis. Diagnose and resolve machine issues, and communicate effectively. Technical Certificate preferred; 3-5 years of mfg machine maintenance in high speed packaging environment; electrical troubleshooting and PLC experience preferred.
All candidates must be able to work 12 hour shifts 2 days on, 2 days off alternating every other weekend plus occasional overtime.
Qualified applicants must posses a clear criminal background & a solid work history. All applicants are required to provide at time of application proof of high school diploma or GED. Pre-employment reference check, criminal background screen & drug screen required.
