Stable, 100+ year old job-shop facility in Montgomery, Illinois has 2nd and 3rd shift openings.
CNC LATHE AND/OR
MILL SET-UP
Exp. w/G-Code editing & tooling offsetting. Must demonstrate ability to set up, program & run to +/-.001 tolerance.

CNC LATHE OPERATOR
Under general supv., load and machine parts to somewhat liberal tolerances. Resharpen tools. Inspect own work.
TOOL & DIE MAKER
Must have diesinking experience to repair molds and casting dies to close tolerances. Formal apprenticeship training or equivalent plus a min. of three years exp. desired.

TOOL ROOM MACHINIST
Set up and operate standard tool room machines to assist tool makers. Two to three yrs of trades training desired. Apprenticeship available.

All positions require ability to read blueprints and use hand and precision measuring tools (calipers/micrometers/depth micrometers/height scales). Must have own tools. PC knowledge a plus.
