This position will be responsible for the following:

* Responsible for increased profitability by managing the price support process, Includes analyzing and overseeing price support data into the eSupport and SAP enterprise systems, ensuring that the proper data has been validated, ensuring that debits are sent to suppliers or taken upfront, and that ADC is reimbursed from over 70 suppliers in a manner that properly states ADC profitability.
* Directs the activity responsible for researching (sourcing & costing) product offerings for proposals to Corporate Accounts, Multi-location Accounts, and select core customers.
* Directs and manages the eSupport initiative as a channel to the marketplace for the ADC price support business model.
* Directs macro-level logistics analysis (national/regional hub & spoke) to minimize freight spend and assist in the optimization of inventory levels to enhance profitability and improve customer satisfaction.
* Directs customer profitability analysis (revenue summary, terms rationalization, customer/product segment, etc.) via Vendavo and SAP Business Warehouse to maximize pocket margin and return on working capital.
* Responsible for insuring ADC Sourcing and Supply Plans are aligned with price supports to ensure maximum profitability.
* Participates in industry benchmarking for improving efficiency & effectiveness of the Business Metrics group

To qualify, you will need the following:
* Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
* Minimum of 8 years of progressively increasing management experience
* Demonstrated leadership, change management, customer service, purchasing, and conflict resolution skills
* Knowledge of RFI/RFQ process and financial analysis methods
* Strong Communication, Organization and Presentation skills
