MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to work 2nd shift - 4:00 pm - 2:30 am Performs preventative maintenance on facility equipment as outlined in schedule Troubleshoots and repairs equipment to maintain manufacturing schedules and needs Completes general facility maintenance as needed such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical or PLC Disassembles, cleans and repairs all equipment both mechanically and electrically Performs minor electronic repair, calibration and alignment to equipment Ensures proper daily setup and calibration of equipment Enters and analyzes all maintenance data Tracks preventative maintenance, orders and other equipment/tool activities in Megamations Assists in the training of manufacturing and maintenance associates Assists in the implementation of process improvements Maintains adherence to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices Strong communication and organizational skills Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years previous industrial maintenance experience. Must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics and all maintenance procedures including mechanical, logic and fluid power diagrams. Must be familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems along with knowledge of PLCs. Must know and follow safety procedures and standards including Lock-Out/Tag-Out. Experience troubleshooting problems/issue using root cause analysis is a must. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S a plus. We offer a competitive, comprehensive benefits package.
