Loss Prevention Agent

Loss Prevention Agents to work in the Kansas City, KS area.


Applicants MUST have retail loss prevention experience.
Seeking candidates with a high rate of apprehensions.
Agents must be available to travel up to 3-5 days at a time.

Job duties include, but not limited to:
Work at different stores each day
Detect, apprehend, and detain shoplifters
Assist corporate investigators with internal theft or other cases
Conduct surveillance on special assignments
Write clear and concise reports for shoplift cases
Have working knowledge of basic computer operations, including Word and Excel
Maintain paperwork and files for cases
Testify and present evidence in criminal and civil court proceedings
Build good relations with local law enforcement agencies in order to obtain assistance when necessary
Must have reliable transportation
