Landscape Operations Manager

Landscape Resources is a highly respected design/build landscaping firm with over 20 years of continuous history in the Valley. We are a licensed contractor based in the Scottsdale Airpark employing a full-time staff of design, sales and administrative professionals, as well as a full complement of installation and maintenance crews. Although not limited, our business focus is on larger scale, premium residential properties in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas. Our customers include homeowners as well as premium home builders. As such, our customers have high expectations of the quality of our work and also the manner in which we communicate with them.We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our installation division. The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the installation process from the point where a contract and design are finalized through the construction process to final acceptance by the customer.Landscape Resources

REQUIREMENTS
Proven record of accomplishments in landscape construction.Ability to work with our designers and sales staff by understanding the requirements of individual jobs and meeting those requirements through excellent execution.Ability to schedule and manage multiple crews and supervise subcontractors, preferably utilizing Excel spreadsheets.Technical knowledge of plant material, irrigation, lighting and hardscape construction.Good customer service attitude.Minimum of 3 years experience required, bilingual is helpful. Candidate must have a valid AZ Driver License and a clean MVR.
