Landscape Architiect

Landscape Architect. Responsible for completion of detailed plans & specifications for a variety of Parks & Recreation and Civic Capital Improvements. Supervises a part-time Parks Project Inspector. Graduation from college with a 4-year degree in Landscape Architect including 2 years professional experience in Computer Aided Design is required. Must be registered as a Landscape Architect and registered as a Licensed Irrigator. Must possess a valid Texas drivers license. Salary, $2749/ month.


Assistant Director of Public Works. Assists the Public Works Director with the administration of the Public Works Division, including the Engineering, Street, Solid Waste Collection, Solid Waste Disposal, and the Municipal Garage Departments. Minimum requirements include a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, possession of a P.E. Registration in the State of Texas, or ability to obtain within 6 months. A Class A solid waste license required, or ability to obtain in 12 months. Preference will be given to candidates with municipal experience in related fields, and/or a Masters degree in engineering, business administration, and/or public administration. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirement may be substituted. Salary, depending upon qualifications

Graduation from high school plus 2-3 years experience in water works is required.
