We’ve led the industry in manufacturing, engineering and testing of superior HVAC products for over 65 years. We now seek a results oriented professional to manage our industrial sales division.
Major responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales plan to increase revenue and profits for our OEM Air Filter and Paint Overspray collection lines.
Manage both the internal support team as well as outside sales staff.
Travel and call on manufacturers, wholesalers and end user accounts to provide solutions resulting in increased sales of our products.
Train wholesaler sales people on how to sell our products with the goal of helping them to be more successful in growing their businesses.
Review and evaluate orders, activity reports, assignments, competitive activities, etc., and make recommendations relative to sales techniques, product promotional opportunities and policy revisions.
REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking a goal-oriented and energetic individual with a strong background in product sales, account management and product management for industrial applications. One to two years in industrial sales management will be the key to your success and a strong desire to work in the exciting realm of product management will provide you with unlimited possibilities for job satisfaction. Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be willing to travel. Experience managing people is essential.
